Shipping and delivery times

The items are shipped and entrusted to the shipper within 24/48 hours from the day of the order.

The shipment is made by express courier and delivery times will depend on the transport company and the location of delivery.
It is our commitment to ensure shipments and deliveries with couriers that ensure the shortest possible times.
However, it must be considered that the times indicated are indicative and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Our company is committed to reducing these times as much as possible.

Costs

The transport costs will be indicated in the summary panel of the order immediately before payment.
In case of shipping with cash on delivery, being required by the carrier a higher rate, upon receipt of the goods will be charged an additional sum of € 3.50 (total shipping costs € 10).

The standard shipping cost is 5 euros. Surcharges may be applied, always indicated in the cart before buying, in case of heavy or bulky products.

In case of payment by PayPal (r) or credit card no additional amount will be charged.

It is also possible to pay by bank transfer and the conditions are the same as for payment by credit card.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after confirmation of receipt of the amount by our support bank.
In addition, in case of non-payment received, the goods will be released and their replenishment in magazino is not guaranteed.
In case of total or partial unavailability of the ordered goods, the right to reimbursement of the amount transferred is guaranteed.

Receipt of goods

Customers are invited to verify the integrity of the package before accepting delivery.

If there is a concrete suspicion that the goods may have been damaged, it is mandatory to leave a signature on the courier's delivery note, whether on paper or on a handheld computer (PDA) "VISIBLY DETERIORATED PACKAGE".

If a package is not signed as VISIBLY DETERIORATED and photos are not presented subsequently showing that there were visible damages on it, the refusal practice will not be accepted automatically.

Only in the cases provided for by the right of withdrawal the shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

We guarantee that every shipment and every complaint will be treated according to the legislation in force in Italy of the Consumer Code.
